Gama Operations Smart Communication Systems
Government today understands that maintaining personal contact with citizens and having marketing awareness is an essential component of the modern political scene. But until now, keeping in touch with citizens who required services from the State of Israel consumed many resources. To reduce costs, Gama Operations developed a range of products suited to the needs of various government departments.
These products serve many tasks: they deliver faxes directly into the computer and thereby significantly reduce fax misplacement and inconvenience to the citizen; the Message Distribution System can initiate thousands of calls at the click of a button: the Cell to Everyone module builds applications for 24-hour telephone response - customers can receive information by phone, leave questions and get a relevant response sent directly to their voicemail cell within a given time.
Even when there is no human response within an organization, the caller can still pass information to a designated extension, leave a query and get an ID number to be able to listen to the response to that query at a later time.

Fundamentals of System Operation
Client calls a known phone number and selects from a menu. Choices: listen to information / ask a question / listen to an answer / pass to a manned service post
Client who chooses to leave a question will have an individual voicemail cell opened. The system will select and announce the cell's secret code and instruct how to record the question and retrieve the answer
Staff who enter the system and hear the questions in sequence will have the opportunity to record a response to each question
Answers can be prepared and planned in advance and accessed according to answer's specific code
Client returns to the system after a defined time period and is asked to enter a code before hearing the answer to that question.
